Nobody in San Francisco is going to give you permission to build. I stopped asking for it in 2024.

Since then I've shipped 13 products from Medellín. Five are live. Two are in beta. The rest are in the lab or on the drawing board. The deprecated ones get cut. Every one of them is in this site, with the real numbers — including the zeros.

I don't believe in fundraising before product-market fit. I don't believe in fake metrics. I don't believe in 'we're not ready to launch'. The only way I know to find out if something works is to ship it, watch what happens, and write it down.

This site is the index. The newsletter is the weekly log. TikTok is the daily camera. Everything is public because there's no other way to do this from where I'm standing — no warm intros, no Stanford alumni network, no $5M seed to hide behind.
